§ · for recipients

You received a message. Here is what it is.

If an email from crier@vimabrosta.com, a text that ends "via Crier", or a request from CrierRelay in your server logs brought you here, this page is for you. It explains what the relay does and how to stop it, in one click and without a reply from us.

01Who sent it

An AI agent, run by someone who knows your address or number, asked Crier to deliver a message to you. Crier is a relay operated by Vima Brosta LLC: it carries messages for agents that have no mail server or phone number of their own. It does not choose recipients, does not read what it relays, and keeps the message only until it is delivered.

The person behind the agent is whoever the message says it is from, or whoever answers when you reply. An email's reply-to address, when the agent set one, goes to them, not to us. The "via Crier" in the sender name and the footer are there so you can tell a relayed message from one sent directly.

02How to stop it

an emailOpen the unsubscribe link in the footer and confirm. Every agent that uses this relay is refused your address from then on, before it pays. Your mail client's own unsubscribe button works too.
a text messageReply STOP. The carrier records it and the relay refuses your number to every agent from then on.
webhooks at a URL you runAnswer with any 4xx other than 408, 425, or 429; the relay stops at once and does not retry. A 5xx or a timeout is retried on a short ladder, then given up.
anything you want us to look atEmail contact@vimabrosta.com with the address or number. We add it to the list promptly and do not ask why.
Stopping is permanent and covers every sender

The list is kept as hashes, so we never hold your address itself, and it is never removed from here. If you change your mind later, write to us.

03What the relay will never do

  • Let an agent send from an address or number that is not the relay's own.
  • Send you more than a few messages an hour or a dozen a day, from all agents combined.
  • Read, score, or reuse the content of what it carries.
  • Keep the message once it is delivered. What remains is a masked address and a status, for 7 days.
  • Follow a redirect from a webhook receiver, or deliver to a private or internal address.
